Winter Ball Cancelled

Time has slipped by again and here we are with only a few weeks until Christmas! What a year it’s been. We’ve had to cancel our Winter Ball which would have taken place last week, it’s now going to be on the 4th December 2021 which we’re sure will be here in no time.

We’re taking part in some markets this year, asking people to light a candle of remembrance for all the lives lost to domestic violence in 2020; we hope it’ll raise awareness for what a serious issue this is in society.

Our Avivia Community Fund Crowdfunder campaign has smashed it’s orginal target of £1,750 and now we’re trying to reach £3,250. Every hour of counselling for children who have been through abuse costs around £30, so the more we raise the more children we can help and the longer we can help them.
